There were a couple of bugs that interfered with accepting sessions and ending shifts. If there is an issue ending your shift, please do the following:
- Submit a bug report
- Close your browser (so you are no longer able to be matched with sessions)
During the manual review of timesheets, we will adjust your end shift time to match what it should have been without the technical issue. Thank you as always for your patience as the engineers work through technical issues and deploy solutions.
Reminder to Set-up Veem
If you have not already done so please complete your Veem account set up. We will be sending reminders via email from support@prenda.co to remind those of you who have not completed your setup to do so as soon as possible. It is critical that you complete your account setup ASAP so that you are able to receive payment for work completed in March.

We are now posting the averages for the Metrics that Matter for each TGP level in our newsfeed posts. Hopefully this will give you real time context to understand your individual performance.
