Congratulations to our tutor spotlight: Bharathi Vavilakolanu! We were able to share this session with the whole team on Wednesday.
The student had trouble retaining information over the course of the 3 hour session and they felt bad about it.
Bharathi was supportive and kind, at one point saying, “You are learning still, Asiya, and the excitement of a new concept is overriding your thoughts :)”.
This patience and kindness helped Bharathi build a good rapport with the student, which was reflected in the student’s positive attitude and several goodbye messages at the end. Before ending the session, the student said, “You too and ur a GREAT TEACHER”.
