Hey team, we wanted to give a quick update on our COVID-19 response plan:
- As of now, Yup is staying fully operational. We’ll be monitoring student volume, but have seen everything in-line thus far. You do not need to worry about Yup defaulting on payroll or similar concerns.
- We’ve sent out an email reassuring parents we’ll still be available. In fact, we think we’re uniquely positioned to see perhaps increased volume given we’re fully online
- Any tutors who need to miss shifts as a result of COVID-19 (internet shut off, sickness, etc) will not be penalized
- We also wanted to offer some mental health resources for anyone feeling stressed by COVID (I know I am a bit!) https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/coronaviruse/coping-with-stress.pdf
