We are excited to announce a new approach for helping low-ranking tutors improve: the Tutor Performance Improvement Plan or PIP program!
This system invites tutors who are ranked in the bottom 15% for a given week to work 
one-on-one with our Tutor Training Coordinator, Sharon Matsuoka to ensure any performance issues are addressed and corrected.
