Interested in expanding your Yup qualifications to Chemistry or Physics? Or know someone proficient in either of these subjects who would make a good addition to our team? Below are a couple reminders about incentives offered for qualifying in multiple subjects or referring a successful applicant.
Multiple Subjects BONUS
If you qualify to teach multiple subjects (no interview needed!), we will provide a bonus to your base wage. Upon qualification of your second subject, we will increase your base wage by 15%. If you then qualify for a third subject, you will get another 10% bonus based on your base wage. For example someone making a base wage of $10/hour would start earning $11.50 upon qualifying for their second subject, and then $12.50 upon qualifying for their third subject.
Referral BONUS
For every friend that you refer to us who goes on to pass the interview for either Chemistry or Physics, you will earn a referral bonus of $25. Make sure that they give us your name as the referral source when filling out their application.
