Hi, everyone!
We hope you have had a great week! There were two significant bugs this week that interrupted both your and the student’s experience. The two issues were:
- Students using iOS were not able to send or receive messages quickly or at all
- Tutors were not able to start or end shifts on Thursday evening
Both of these issues have been addressed by our engineers. We wanted to thank you for your patience as the team addressed these critical issues! Any interruptions in shifts and student feedback directly linked to these two issues will be addressed internally. Outstanding Student Feedback Award
Congratulations to Shernice Kramer for earning the Outstanding Student Feedback Award! This award is given to tutors who receive consistent, outstanding written feedback from students over several weeks and demonstrate excellent overall performance.
